We opened for business. Just two staff, trading from one small unit in our current location.

We purchased a small, local practice to add to the client base we had started with, and took on a third staff member.

Still growing, we took on a second office adjoining our existing one.

We merged with Wheeler and Associates, another local firm, retaining the Ency name.

Three partners became two! Mark and Alan streamlined the practice, also reducing office and storage space. You must practice what you preach!
